ROW Affordability Analyzer Terms of Service

Effective October 19, 2026. These terms are between you and ROW Home Solutions LLC ("we," "us"). By using ROW Affordability Analyzer you agree to them.

1. Educational estimates only

ROW Affordability Analyzer reports, including "yes / not yet / no" answers and suggested steps, are educational estimates. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or lending advice, not an appraisal, and not a loan pre-qualification or approval. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, real estate broker, appraiser, CPA, or investment adviser.

2. Estimates may be wrong

Reports rely on the ranges you give us and on public data (listings, rent comparables, tax and insurance averages, published rates) that can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Your actual numbers will differ. Before you make any decision, verify everything with a licensed lender, real estate agent, or CPA, and get an inspection and insurance quotes.

3. Provided "as is"; limit of liability

ROW Affordability Analyzer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for your own decisions. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to ROW Affordability Analyzer is limited to the amount you paid us for the report or subscription involved.

4. Free first report

One free report per person and email address. We may decline requests that look like duplicates or abuse.

5. Payments, refunds, and cancellation

• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Refunds: full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Just email us.
• Subscriptions: cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused monthly reports don't roll over.

6. Fair use

Only submit your own information. Don't resell reports. You're welcome to share your own report.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

9. Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the effective date above. Changes don't apply to purchases made before the change.
